Applications, financial aid, apprenticeships, training programs, career pathways, deadlines, requirements—the information may exist, but navigating it without consistent, individualized support can be overwhelming.
Students need time to navigate.
Counselors and school teams are managing academic schedules, graduation requirements, crises, testing, and countless other student needs. Meaningful postsecondary exploration requires dedicated time and consistency that can be difficult to provide alongside those demands.
